Cannot install CB Captcha on Joomla 3.1

Cannot install CB Captcha on Joomla 3.1 was created by webwench

I purchased the CB Captcha addon, but when I attempt to install the zipped folder, I receive the following error message:

"Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file"

Was I sent a bad version or something?
