I was trying to get the tabs to show on a new CB registration form.
But for some reason the registration wasn't showing in tabs.

Conditionals plugin were enabled (and actually working for individual field show/hide).
And Step by Step is set to ENABLE in the configuration.

But still the tabs were not showing.

When I ran the tools (from the conditional plugin) I get this in the 'errors' section:

:: Community Builder :: Table layout configured with step by step enabled - Configuration

Clicking on Configuration (the link) just took me to the general configuration area.

After looking through each page and confirming that each one looked fine, tried again and got the same error.

I then thought that maybe there was a problem in the core DB tables, so I went to the main Tools screen and ran each of the tools. After doing that, the error is gone and the registration appears properly in tabsl.

Just thought I'd share that in case someone else is running into that.

Had the same problem. The configuration parameter that needs to be changed to get rid of the error message, and for tabs to work is. In the user profile tab of the CB configuration, "Use new div or old table based views" ... set this to "Use Divs (table-less output)

Yeah ... I didn't mention that because it was already addressed in other posts.
I had the div thing set, but still was getting the error.
But once I ran the tools it cleared things up.
(Maybe it took running the tools for CB to see that updated setting? )
