I configured a mailer with a bithday. With automation setting the mail send to the messages queue. But when i click Url of cron task to process mailqueue: www.todomaternidad.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&cbpact=cbsubsclass&cbpclass=mailer&user=62&cbpmailerdo=sendmailqueue&key=d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e&format=raw
then show "No messages in messages queue to be sent." and the email don't send.

Suggest you follow examples for cb mailer in your CBSubs GPL documentation and test that those examples work.

Which means that you have not configured things properly.
