where do i find somone to hire to develop plugin

I love CB. It has been the answer to my prayers. I would like to use it on another site but there is one plugin i need that i would think would be awesome for the community. where is a good place to look for 3rd party plugins people who want to be hired?

i would like to see an individual donation module so someone could donate to user but I dont want to pay an arm and a leg because i want to give it away to commuity

If you want custom development, you need to pay for custom development. If you want to support a plugin or feature idea, that is a whole other thing. Professional programming costs a lot and you would not like to hire a hobbyist for custom development.
