Hi,
My customer bought CB-Antispam this week and asked me to install and configure it. It's OK, recaptcha v3 configurated. The recaptcha is well displayed on the page to renew the password or to receive our username. But not on the page cb-registration. Could you say me what I have to do ?
We do not provide paid product support without an active subscription. They or you will need to use their account that purchased CB AntiSpam and post in the support forums. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the only real method we have for verifying customers. Alternatively you can try searching the forums to see if the answer is already available in another topic.
