yes you just install it, and they goto there profiles and click on edit profile, there should be a google adsense tab so they put in there pub-xxxxxxx code to get paid too and thats it.
google will show in users profiles any way if they want to share or not, but if they put there code in then they can get paid too only if they set it up.
it shows up in profiles under members descriptions.
