User profile ratings/Karma RELEASED!!!

I have try with some of my crew members, so different Ip each times, I can give you my website but.. it not in english... but I don't think it a isolate problem, few here got the same.

You can give Deepblue unlimited karma, because I have given the value 0 to the "day lock".
But now, me or anybody else (except you) cannot give Deepblue any karma.
If I give the value 1 or any other value to the "daylock", nobody (not even you) can give karma to Deepblue.
