ProfileBook Allow Only Connections

I love the profilebook module. Unfortunately spammers are taking advantage of it on my site. They create an account and then post spam messages on my users profiles.

I know that you can limit access to the module (either public or registered). However is there a way that you can set the profilebook so that ONLY USERS WHO HAVE A DIRECT CONNECTION with that user can post to that users profilebook???

If not this would be a great addon to the already good plugin.

I also have the same need ! If you find a way to do it, please tell me how!
