I should have mentioned that you need to use the codes for the < and > symbols when putting the code in the backend or it won't work!! When you come to edit your backend code it will LOOK like the code I stuck up but will have been entered with the codes for the < and > symbols....just so you know!

I really couldn't figure out any other way of doing this, but it seems to work pretty well

NOW what I really want (mike?) is a way to have a hard link to the namecard SEPERATE from the plugin so I can put it in a user menu where people will see it

Unfortunately, that's not possible with Joomla because it doesn't allow dynamic links (since each user has his own unique namecard link). The best (and only) way is still the way it is now: with the link in each user's profile.

hello i just purchased plaxoinvite today, but am having a problem, when the invitation is seent, the recipient receive the email but the invitation link doesnt appear can anyone help please!

i get Click here to join. but without the link

You email client (or yahoo/hotmail) is blocking the links. Click the "show all content" or "show links" etc text of your email/webmail. This has nothing to do with the plugin.
