embedding content on the profile page. How Do I?

Hi.

I would like to put a contact form on all the profile pages. I am thinking in the middle, to the right of the image.

Creating the form is the easy part. How do I grab the profile ID and then send the email to the user? I would also like to CC the site admin.

Any pushes or shoves in the right direction is appreciated.
