plug adminonly tab

Hello,

there where a few threads about a tab which is only available for admins or moderators.
Requested features:
- tab which is only visible and editable by moderators
- moderators are able to edit user profiles (and the admin-only tab) in frontend

I tried to code a plugin for that (see attached file).
Who could help with these problems:

1) When moderator edits the profile the edit mode appears. But theres is additionally shown the un-editable profile below the edit area.
2) Save does not work. Maybe the function getDisplayTab is not the right way?!
3) The AdminOnly tab appears in the "edit profile"

Or is there a plugin for that already?
