[Suggestion] Board under 3PD for plugin developers

Hi,
Here's a suggestion: Can there be a forum board under CB 3PD for plugin developers to exchange ideas, advice etc? Also for people who wish to develop their own plugins to ask questions, tips etc

For the matter, I suggest adding a "version" column into the Plugin Management list like in Joomla's installed module list, so that users can better keep track of the versions of the plugins they've installed
