CB Avatar URL

Hello, a small question: Where is the link of the avatars generated?

if you click on an avatar you will be get to this link:
www.side/component/option,com_comprofiler/task,userProfile/user,130/Itemid,81/

without sef:
www.side/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=130&Itemid=81/

I want to change something in the link, but i cant fint the correct place in the source code.

The links are used in the profilbook-plugin, the CB-lists and the connection-plugin.

Could You plz help me??
