Which is the first free YouTube clone you can actually afford to host yourself. Google around and you'll see that there are a lot of new ones to spring up in the last months, some are bunk and some are wickedly expensive.

Also, there's now at least 3 or 4 affordable hosts (that I know of) that offer the FFMPEG and Mencoder Lame, Libvoris and all the other stuff you'll need to host a YouTube clone.
