Plugin creation guides

Hi, are there any guides anywhere that may help in building a CB plugin?

I'm interested in doing something, but am looking for some pointers first.

Is it possible to use something like CB's imgToolBox class in my own component? Not sure how licensing etc works with that.

Download the CB 1.0 RC2 Plugin Framework API Documentation.
You may also choose to download and install the 2 "Hello World" plugins and read the articles relating to them to see how to create an "empty" plugin. What really worked for me is looking through Nant's gallery plugin and Beat's profilebook plugin.
