This whole Consolidated Tab thing is extremely complicated.
All that says in the ReadMe.txt is one line of how it works.
"2)select which tabs should show under this tab. It is recommended to unpublish these tabs also."
Which tabs where? What to enter? How to seperate? How to manage? No parameters? What? It seems like this plugin is just another basic plugin that random people submit that have no parameters and no actual description at all. All description is in the creators mind but cannot be written or told to others
