Hi,
I would just download the english.zip and the instructions file for starters. It should be all you need.
Have also replied to your PM.
Nice Arabic blog - should get my mother to read it!

Yasso Nant.

Thanks for the package, I will play with it a bit before I get to the translation work.

Not even your grandma could get a thing from it.

I will get back to you soon.
Thanks again.

Hi Nant,

I nearly finished the Arabic translation but am having a problem and don't know where to place the plugin folder (arabic_language).

Should i place the folder in the language folder or in the default_language which I doubt.

It works fine if i replace the default_language files with the newly translated and modified ones but not if i have them seperatly in the language folder. In this case, the new arabic_language appear on the module list but then there is no way to unpublish the default_language.

The PDF manual is not clear on this issue.

Regards

Don't place it anywhere - just package it as a zip file (see the existing English.zip language plugin package) and install it via the CB Plugin Management backend.

Don't forget to edit the xml file as well as described in the instructions. CB supports multiple language files installed, and will select automatically the right one as selected in the joomla global settings (or in MambelFish if installed).

The developer API has also a paragraph about language plugins.
