URL Plugin Not Working

URL Plugin Not Working was created by grafixexpress
The plugin which displays a url of the users community builder space on the users profile is not working on my site.
I get a 'page not found' error
It goes to www.sitename.com/user
Why isn't the users profile loading when I type this into a browser?

ofcourse sitename is my site name, that was just an example.

Is your .htacess setup correctly? Did it work before?

I found info about the .htaccess on the creator of url plugin's site so I will try that.
