Have you tried Flashchat?

It works great with CB and there are modules available that show who's in chat.

Ajax Chat from fijiwebdesign has all the features you've requested and way more.

It has the tightest integration with CB of any component I've used.

It's a great piece of software.

Unfortunately, it is $44.95 more expensive than FlashChat

It's also, in my estimation C$44.95 better than FlashChat -- but that's a subjective thing. That's why I purchased.

Go try their demo. It's cool.
