Noah Classifieds - display all ads on 1 page

Hello,
I have implemented Noah Classified on my website www.afkoweit.com . (click on “petites annonces”)

I have just 2 little issues and I was wondering if you could help me a little:

-Initially (as I don’t have many ads yet), I’d like to display all classifieds on one page, without showing the categories.. Is that possible?

-In a second step, when I have enough material, I’ll present them in categories (as is the default presentation in Noah). Here the problem is that I have trouble setting exactly the same size for each category box. The boxes change depending on the text that I put inside… How to make sure that all boxes have exactly the same size and shape?

Unfortunately I didnt figure out how to do it on noah classifieds.
I finally decided to install another component: AdsManager Version 2.1.8
It works fine with this one.

I, too, have decided to go with adsManager... I have spent quite a bit of time editing the code to fit my template but it is far more flexible than Noah's...
