Integrating fabrik with CB

Hello,

Lately I've been using Fabrik a lot for forms. I like it for a certain simplicity which makes it easier to manage than something like FacileForms which can do more things from the admin.

I'd like to use it to control the registration form so that I can write to tables in the database that are not CB related, like my mass mailer and my forum.

Has anybody attempted this?

Where can I look for information on developing CB plugs so I don't waste too much time stumbling in the dark?

Do people use interim scripts to take care of this? Like fill out the form and the script sends the data to CB registration?

I want to replace CB form with Fabrik form too.

Did you found a way to achieved this?

(also I'm using an old AEC version at registration)

I 'm interested about integration of fabrik & CB too. It will be cool. But i have another question is there posibility to connect cb users with fabrik. So users dont have to fill same forms again. How do yuo think?

Hi,

Yes it is possible to connect cb users with fabrik, check their website forum.

Fabrik is very powerful.

They also have very good tutorials and they are very active on their forum.

For now it's not seem to work to use Fabrik for replacing CB form when registering.

This is possible to replace CB form with Fabrik 2x (still in Beta)
This can be done also with 1.0.6 version but require more custom code.


I'm still trying to achieve this with the 1.0.6....
