Captcha installation problems?

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell a newbie how to install the Captcha cb plugin. I've tried the usuall way of installing the plugin through the admin panel, but i just get the following message ' Upload mambot - Upload Failed
ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
[ Continue ... ]
Upload mambot - Failed
Installation file not found:
/home/lfc5/public_html/media/install_468e1a6029701/plug_cbcaptcha/
[ Continue ... ]'

any help would be much appreciated. Thanks mike

it is cb plugin not joomla plugin. you should install it under community builder plugin menu..

Its a CB plugin.
All CB plugins are installed via the CB Plugin management backend.
