Does this plugin exist (IP profile blocking)

I have been getting alot of request for people with profiles on my site that want to be able to block certain states or countries from viewing their profile. Does this plugin already exist? And if not, whats the technical term for what I am looking for, because if this plugin does not exist I would like to hire someone on scriptlance to make it.

as far as i know it doesnt exist.

Is this something that is possible via CB plugin?

If so, would you happen to know anyone willing to develop this for me? Or for the community for that matter. Im willing to pay!

It would be possible to code, but impossible to get it "bullet proof".

See this www.google.fi/search?q=country+ip+address to see what options exists in general. Choose which ones to use and hire someone to write a CB plugin or mambot for you.

If I can end up finding and paying someone to make this plugin I will release it to this community so people can use it as is, or manipulate it to make it better.
