Error installing cbplugin_attendevents.zip

When trying to install cbplugin_attendevents.zip through the CB Plugin Management Tab on my mambo (not joomla), I receive an whole lot of warning/error messages.

What could be the problem and preferably what is the solution?

What kind of errors? In order for us to help you out we need a little more to go on then that!

Installation steps
1) Download cbplugin_attendevents.zip
2) Goto CB Plugin manager
3a) Upload Package File (upload & install)
3b) Install from directory (after ftp upload)

Error report when using step 3a
ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
