I tried many solution to find the way toi create a plugin for free
Ray 3.0 video/chat by Boonex
(Add multimedia and communication software to your community site. Flash-based chat, IM, recorder, video player, music player, boards, and so much more - all interactive, advanced and VERY cool.) but I never found after 3 weeks research.
The API and 3d parties part is done like that :
