user ip logger not detecting ip addresses

Hi all,

I downloaded and installed the User IP Logger to help track down the ip address of a particular member who keeps opening multiple accounts and attacking other members.

I really want to thank Kampp for coming up with this. It's a necessary tool to help keep spammers and problem members out.

I just need to block this person's ip because it's become too time consuming to keep blocking these accounts.

I set the plugin to log the user's ip every time they visit their own profile but haven't seen any ip's being displayed yet. It's been over a day and some members have even updated their profiles but no ip address is being shown. I just see "Not detected Yet"

Both the plugin and mambot are published and I've tried various tab parameter configurations but still don't see any user ip addresses except mine (admin).

Does it just take a little while to get going?

I have this same problem and when I installed it said success but I got an error message:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argumented is expected to be a valid callback, 'plug_iplog_install' was given in /administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/cb/cb.installer.php on line 817

Please Help.

please be more precise. Which CB version, which iplog version, joomla/mambo version, php version ?

I am VERY new as this is my 1st site with Joomla.
I have the latest Joomla! 1.5.13 Stable
i am using Comminity Builder

I keep getting this message EVERYWHERE on the site:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in C:\xampp\htdocs\joomla\administrator\components\com_comprofiler\plugin.foundation.php on line 1523

Please advise.
