tab : what's new ?

Is there a plugin that create a tabs or something that can identify all the new articles added on the web site since the last login of a user ?

That would be nice.

Ex. My last login dated from 18 octobre, I go on my profile and then I can see a link to all new articles added since then...

Nice idea.

Some difficulties exist.
For example: the last login date is automatically update when you login (not when you logout). Solution might be a cookie, but I would rather have the CMS system do this properly.
