Below is what I wrote for the Joomla extensions site. I could use feedback on two issues: First, do people like being able to edit the Javascript and CSS for their modules? Second, does the CSS and Javascript code display okay in IE 6 and Safari.
Allows you to showcase a single member in a module position. Why would you want a module that only showcases a single member? Modules usually come with a narrow set of options that insulate you from the task of writing HTML or CSS. Not this one. Comes with an HTML model, the CSS to style it, and the Javascript necessary to display a MooTools BubbleTip when mousing over the avatar. Includes an extensive tutorial that teaches you not only how to elaborate the module, but also what goes on behind the scenes of what is apparently such a simple process: Just display a single avatar and the database fields of the webmaster's choice. Free.
