I am the website admin for my homeowner's association. I'm building the thing pretty much from ground up, and having limited website abilities, and getting to learn a lot in the process.
I've decided to go with Joomla! and Community Builder. I'm trying to find an extension that works with both that will allow each resident to have their own account and see how much dues they have to pay and allow them to pay online. It would be nice if it would do automatic updates, like every quarter add a certain amount to each person's account. Then after a certain date, add on a late fee. Even be nicer if it could actually send out an email every quarter reminding people to pay.
Anyone have any ideas?
