I would like to know if it is possible to replace a user's profile picture with a web stream?
for example:

www.ustream.tv
you can create a video streaming account using your webcam... they give you a URL to embed your video stream into your webpages, such as myspace etc.
I'm curious to know if it is possible to replace a user's profile picture with their video stream?
1) is there a component that already does this?
2) what kind of tweaks do you have to do to make this work in the code?
3) is there an alternative?
4) how would you go about setting this up on the REGISTER page where, when a new user signs up for your community, they would just input their ustream link as their profile?
