I would like to keep the connections functionality, however I do not wish to display the connections menu item at the top of the profile. I have created a link for the user menu that will allow the user to navigate to the manage connections section. The menu button at the top of the profile is now redundant and not too visually appealing. I have disabled the connections tab and connections path tab in the tab manager in CB, but that has no effect on this menu on the frontend. Do I have to go in and edit code to achieve the results?
After a long time searching, I haven't found another thread regarding this, so any help would be appreciated.
