Connecting CB membership to aweber list

I am trying to integrate a single sign-up and opt-in form from my Joomla CB form with an aWeber email list.

aWeber has a module to place a form in Joomla, but that does not put the user into the CB database. Also, if they unsubscribe, I would like it to automatically remove disable the CB account.

Has anyone done this?

I realize this is a very old post, but I'm fairly new to CB, and I'd like to see if anybody has an answer for this as well.

Is there a way to easily integrate CB with AWeber?
