Profilebook and email address display

After installing the profilebook plugin under CB, it displays a user's email address in the profile book tab. How can I prevent this? I looked in the edit tab for profilebook under CB, but there are only options to display the LocationField and the WebAddress field. There is no mention of not displaying the email address of the user. Am I missing something?
