Private Fields/Tabs

Is there a way to make fields and/or tabs private such that the user can see them in his or her profile, but no one else can?

I know it is possible for them to see the fields when they are in edit mode, but I am talking about just normal viewing mode.

Also, is there a way to let the user decide who is and is not allowed to see their profile or private fields/tabs?

If not, these features would be a great addition to an already incredible Community Builder.

I am looking for exactly same thing And thik it could be good to integrate it wit CB connections, so ppl which I have in my COnnections list can see whole my profile.

I hope that some1 can take a look at this
