capcha will not install

capcha will not install was created by apophis3d
I get this error each time I try to install the plugin.

[code:1]Another plugin is already using directory: "/home5/shb2_203/apophis3d.net/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbcaptcha/"[/code:1]

Ive even gone in though my FTP and deleted the plug_cbcapcha folder and then tired to install. Same result each time.

Yes, same problem ...

I've deleted the previous captcha plugins using the plugin manager, but still get the same message ...

Are you sure that you totally removed that folder?
