Weblink moderation

The moderation module is great when it comes to approving avatars and users, but I found that 1 thing was missing:
Approving user submitted weblinks.

Therefor I did some hacking in the code and the result is almost finished. Attached is a file called changes.txt. It contains all the changes made to different CB files.

Now I only have one problem left. When selecting the link to approve/reject a link in the moderation module I always get the following warnings:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/den8/public_html/administrator/components/com_sef/core/sef.resolver.php:176) in /home/den8/public_html/index.php on line 252
...

I don't have this when selecting images. Anybody got an idea what could be causing this, or what I forgot in the code ?

Small note: if you don't mind the warnings above then you can perfectly use the code in changes.txt. It's functional.

Is there any way to get this working? Is this already a plugin? I'd really like this feature!

This last post was back in 2006. I'll keep looking, but I've been searching for a while now and I can't seem to find anything to show me where I set that web links need to be approved first. Right now they are going through without needing approval.
