I've successfully added two user lists. The dropdown shows nicely and all looks good. The situation is that I am not sure how a user can sign up for a particular user list during registration. Also, All users seem to be defaulting to one list but they don't show up on the lists page. Only blank lines of space where it looks like they should be.
Users do not sign up for a userlist. You adjust who is shown on the userlist by adding filters to filter out specific users. Please edit your userlist from backend and examine it's parameters closely.
