I Cannot upload photo into the profile page, as well as the gallery photo.
That's not very helpful... you've provided no debug information, no version information, nothing.. Please see help us help you within my signature on how to properly structure a post if you need help as well as perform debug procedures.

I found out the cause, my global configuration in my control panel had set to restrict photo upload, now after allowing it, I can upload photo. Thanks for the reply.
