CB1.3+ Template Plugin, Error

I have so many errors with installation
anything what I tried went to error page ,what I need is?
tell me which installer I have to use for installs ? -community builder and your other staff
-(tample,cb_expert_files_only_j_1.5.tar,cb_1.3_cbplug_coolness_1.3 ,and plugins other plagins.itc.

I was installing cooles tample error page ,was no folder,
I checked my server file, folder is there .
if I delete cooles temple folder
my website is back
If I use FTP ,I have temple in my server,But I cant work on them.
HTLM Permissions issue ,I opened 766,777, the script still is locked

That is my problem

CB 1.3.1 has a very detailed installation guide in it telling you what to use for each element.

Coolness template also has a very detailed installation guide.

The coolness template has a Joomla template part that needs to be installed using the Joomla installer and a CB template plugin part that needs to be installed using the CB Plugin Installer.

I flowed every step of instructions
but in my case always something unexpected happened.

I used joomla 1.5.22 and mamblog(joomla1.0) is not supported, what
plugin_blog will work with my website and CB?
