Hi All,
I've been searching around and it's probably in a perfectly obvious place but can someone point me to a list of all built in field substitution tags for CB?

There is no list, substitutions are your fields. Simply go to field management and all of those can be substituted. Same applies for tabs. You can view more on substitution usage from Tutorials within my signature.
