When I try to open my CB configuration page I receive: error page 503, a blank page or an unformatted page that I attach to you.

The error log is the following one:
[27-Dec-2010 14:00:25] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17563648) (tried to allocate 40961 bytes) in /home/arcacard/public_html/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/
[27-Dec-2010 14:00:35] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17563648) (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/arcacard/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbmenu/cb.menu.php on line 1389

The mem limit of my ISP is 128M

I attach also the PHP configuration

Can you help me ?

According to the error you've only 16.75mb available. Please ensure PHP.ini is inside your Joomla root AND root/administrator. You may need to contact your host concerning adjusting memory limits by other means such as htaccess.
