Username/password reminder dropdown not display XP

Hi,
I have checked with fresh core joomla installation without any extra moudule plugin or component installed and drop down works fine even in I.E.
so It is a problem with Rocket theme templates. I have posted numerous time on their forum but they do not respond.
Can some one look at this and tell what exactly is the problem so that it could be communicated to RT. At this time they insist Contact CB.
