Joomla 1.6 does not have a place in configuration to set this to no. So in CB configuration do we set Allow User Registration to yes or no?
Allow registrations needs to be set to Yes if you intend to have users register through CB. I HIGHLY do not recommend using Joomla 1.6.x on ANY production environment. CB integration to Joomla 1.6.x is VERY early and we're still combating arising issues (Joomla 1.6.x API is constantly changing with each release). Please only use for testing purposes (fix proposals are welcome!).
