problem HTTP 500

problem HTTP 500 was created by ricky_nice
installed CB 1.3.1 on joomla 1.5.22.
I'm using local server for testing:

Apache 2.0.64
PHP 5.2.14
Mysql 5.0.91
Smarty 2.6.26
SQLite 3.7.3
PhpMyAdmin 2:11:11
SQLiteManager 1.2.4
ZendOptimizer 3.3.3

but am having a problem. When any asset module of the CB, the site crashes. Gives Erro HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Someone knows how to solve this problem?

Please review your Apache Error Log to see what really happened. 500 errors are very vague and can only be diagnosed through error logs. There's not a lot we can do about localhosts, we've no way of review and they are in no way a representation of a live host.
