how can I make a textarea with read-only attribute?

Edit the field in field management and set it to read only. The field will then only be editable from backend and registration (if displayed). I recommend reading the documentation as part of the Advanced subscription.

No, the field will be editable from Registration and Backend only. As for Registration it is only seen/editable from there IF you've configured the field to display on Registration. Again, please review your documentation as it will provide such information and more.

No, why would you need that. Just edit the field and set it to Read Only. I don't understand the problem... If you need to display raw text then just use a delimiter field. However, setting it to Read Only will of course make it Read Only.
