Fields look like checkboxes was created by gilsingb

Is there anyone that can help me with this one:
I installed CB 1.3.1 on the following website:

ang-bagong-mambulao.com

If you look at the registration form all fields exept birthdate and gender look like checkboxes but are in reality text fields. Is there anyone who can help me to get this the way it is supposed to be?

Please follow our Support -> FAQ -> Help Us Help You guide to test your website with default Joomla template.

Most likely it is your template that needs fixing.
