I have installed only standard cb: comprofiler, cblogin, comprofilermoderator and comprofileronline.

PHP is 5.2.6-1
MySQL is 5.0.51a

I checked FAQ and only thing I noted, are the permissions from joomla_backend. Most directory permissions are red = write protected.
BTW: I have migrated Joomla from 1.0 to 1.5

Yes both of these are important bit of information that you did not provide.

Looks like its a migration issue you have on your hands.

Something went wrong with your migration and its causing you issues.

You can try and install CB 1.3.1 over your existing installation and if that doesn't work you will need to find someone to see what went wrong with your migration.
