Installation Error

I'd been working with CB 1.2.3 with Kunena installation and ran into some bugs that I hoped the upgrade to 1.3.1 would fix. I was unable to upgrade the new com_profiler, then eventually got so frustrated I uninstalled CB. Now I can't even install a fresh 1.3.1. At first I was getting an error message that said JInstall was unable to move some files from tmp to the new location. I'm no longer getting that error, but instead getting this one -

* Warning! Failed to move file.

Unable to find install package

Can anyone help? I'd really appreciate it, thanks!

These warnings typically mean that there is a permission issue on your hosting.

All my permissions are set as they should be - is there a particular folder/file I need to change?
