Use of DocMan All Plugin Question

Hello,

Yes it's me again I just installed the DocMan All plugin and from what I gather I should be able to upload files right inside the tab, just as I do with CB Gallery, however, I don't show a link to do so. I checked the plugin and the upload link is turned to yes. Is there another way this is supposed to work? I went into edit my profile and the tab doesn't show there at all so I'm a little perplexed

I also noticed in the tab itself, there are a bunch of different parameters some with 0's and some with 1's. Am I supposed to change something there to make it work?

K...so I took a look at the photos you provide with the Docman All download and I don't have a link inside the tab for Submit New Document when I'm logged in on the front end. Attached is a pic of what I see when I'm logged in as a user.

I really need this plugin for my clients website

to work in it's entirety and would really appreciate some assistance with this. Attached is a pic of what I see in the tab and how I have my settings inside the plugin on the backend.
