Lost Username/Lost Password Page problem

Hi All,

My CB ver. is 1.3.1.
My problem is when I click on "Lost Username/Lost Password" links to the Lostpassword.html page, the only elements shown on the page only have "Reminder As" text with "Lost Usernmae" and "Lost Password" check boxes. There's no "Send" button to proceed for further Username/Password retrieval steps.

I would swear that after the installation of my CB, I didn't modify any CB file settings.

Could anyone give me any clue or hint to sovle this problem?

Please test with default Joomla template.

Joomla backend -> Extensions -> Template Manager

Make sure JA_Purity is selected as default.

Then test and see if links appear.

Make sure the setting in the CB Login module is to show the lost password link and not to hide.
